The Center for Photographic Art is proud to announce the selection of Ms. Nicole Garzino as our new Executive Director. A dedicated photographer and photography enthusiast, Nicole has over ten years experience in arts management, including appointments as the Director of Development for both the Monterey Museum of Art and the Barrington Stage Company in Massachusetts. She has also served as the Executive Director of the Dorchester Center for the Arts and County Arts Council in Maryland. Nicole has a particular love for community-focused arts organizations. She has served as a board member and volunteer committee member for the Storefront Artist Project for the City of Pittsfield, Massachusetts, the Cultural Advisory Board, and the Berkshire Arts Kitchen. Garzino received her masters degree in arts administration from Goucher College. She relocated her family back to her native state of California in 2010, and has since been active in the local community, currently volunteering with the Arts Habitat and serving on the Board of the Junior League for Monterey County.
